We don’t have a ratings system yet (current plans blogged about here). For now, the best resource for comparing Perl hosting providers is the Catalyst-friendly hosting page in the Catalyst wiki.

Currently, the best shared hosting provider we have covered on the site is Host Monster (although that doesn’t mean much given how few providers are currently listed)
